Our story
SafeTouch Exterior Cleaning LTD was founded in 2023 out of a personal passion for restoring and maintaining the beauty of outdoor spaces, starting with my own home. What began as pet waste clearance under the name Eco-Pet Services quickly grew into a full exterior cleaning business, built on the principle that effective cleaning shouldn't come at the expense of safety for people, pets or plants.
As the range of services grew to include pressure washing, artificial grass cleaning and pet-safe sanitising, it made sense to bring everything together under one name: SafeTouch. If you were previously a customer of Eco-Pet Services, nothing about the service, the owner or the quality has changed. Only the name.
Based in Harold Wood, Romford, and serving Hornchurch, Brentwood, Rainham, Chigwell and the surrounding Essex area, I offer professional cleaning services with a focus on care, detail and trust. Whether I'm pressure washing a driveway, deep-cleaning artificial grass or sanitising a family garden, I treat every property with the same attention and respect I'd give my own.
I currently operate as a one-person business, but plan to grow by bringing trusted family members into the team, keeping that personal, relationship-based approach at the heart of what we do.
